Cheeseburga, Cheeseburga, Cheeseburga!!!  Yes, another amazing Happy Hour in Beverly Hills.  At McCormick & Schmicks, $1.95 gets you a delicious, juicy cheeseburger and fries, or vegetarian eggrolls, chicken wings with blue cheese, sweet potatoe fries with chipolte aioli, or brusschetta.   For $4.95 you can enjoy spider and fries (that would be calamari), jambalaya or oysters.  The happy hour menu varies at each location, however the cheeseburger is always a staple on the menu. On occasion, they will have a drink special, otherwise it's full price.  However, you don't even need to order an alcholic drink, you can order a soda and still indulge in happy hour.

$3.60 Martini's at Beverly Hills Hotel Happy Hour

Take a trip down Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and pull up to the boutique Luxe Hotel.  Make your way through to their quaint bar and grab yourself a Martini or Cosmo or Amstel or Negro Modelo for $3.60!  You can't even get a Venti Mocha Half Caf Double Soy No Whip for that price!  Feeling a bit hungry?  How about a Duck Confit Quesadilla or Truffle Fries?  How much you ask? ... $3.60.  I would say probably the best priced Happy Hour in Beverly Hills! 

By the way, the bar is called 360.

Hiking to Happy Hour

I met Amanda and Lisa to go for a hike at Griffith Park.  As soon as we headed out to hike, it started to rain.  Hmmm.  What's three girls to do?  Well, park 3 blocks away from Cuba Libre in Los Feliz and "hike" to happy hour, of course

We started with delicious Mojitos and Margaritas for $5. And shared some of their appetizers.  The Vegetable Quesedilla with sauteed veggies (mostly zucchini), black beans, sun dried tomatoes (they must've ran out or forgot them) and shredded jack cheese.  The Pastel De Carne, a puff pastry filled with seasoned ground beef.  The Fish Tacos and the Chicken Empanada.  We all agreed that they were Yummy!  And happy hour priced at $1.95 - $4.95.  See picture below.

Cecconi's Review:

The new place to see and be seen!  Fabulous patio seating with aqua blue chairs and couches throughout.  Marble floors and lots of wood, brass and sterling silver.   I decided on the chicken paillard with grilled vegetables and a half order of the tagliatelle bolognese.  The chicken was a double breast, pounded thin and perfectly seasoned with delicious grilled veggies (perfect for those no-carb dieters).  The tagliatelle bolognese was yummy, however, a little greasy, but still delicious (definately not a diet meal).  Two thumbs up for Cecconi's.
